You retain full, exclusive, and unencumbered ownership of all data, files, and intellectual property contained within spreadsheets processed through this application.

Al-Barakah Studio claims zero ownership, license, or rights to any customer, corporate, or financial data processed by users.

4. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Spreadsheet Fixer may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdSense and links to third-party websites.

Al-Barakah Studio is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of third-party websites or advertisers linked from this site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Spreadsheet Fixer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While our algorithms are engineered to ensure deterministic correctness, users are advised to review the audit preview before overwriting production databases.

In no event shall Al-Barakah Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data handling or software usage.
