Spreadsheet Fixer (operated by Al-Barakah Studio) is engineered entirely on client-side technology using HTML5, modern Web Workers, and JavaScript.

When you drop, open, or clean an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV (.csv, .tsv) file, the file is read and processed strictly inside your device’s local memory (RAM).

At no point is your spreadsheet data, cell contents, column headers, customer information, or financial records uploaded or transmitted to any external server, cloud database, or third-party service. Your data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, view, store, sell, or log any personal data, business records, proprietary formulas, or spreadsheet contents.

No user accounts, registrations, or logins are required to access any feature of Spreadsheet Fixer.

We do not maintain server-side databases for storing spreadsheet inputs or processed outputs.

3. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies Policy

Spreadsheet Fixer may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free operation of this service.

Your uploaded spreadsheets are never stored in browser storage (such as LocalStorage or IndexedDB) unless you choose to download the cleaned file to your local drive.

Because all file processing takes place locally on your personal device without data collection, storage, or transmission, Spreadsheet Fixer inherently satisfies the data minimization and privacy-by-design standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
